Kerri Wheatley is:

Certified Professional Life Coach
Certified Community Mental Health Worker
Intuitive Guide / Facilitator
Depression Advisor / Mental Wellness Guide

I believe that depression affects everyone, whether you suffer from depression or live, work or are related to someone that does have depression.

Depression is among the leading causes of death and it doesn’t have to be.  There are so many complimentary therapies that increase your brain chemicals.  Did you know that most serotonin is made in your stomach not your brain.  Studies have shown that at best antidepressants do 40% of the work, and yes sometimes that saves lives.  Medications are meant to save lives and therefore make it possible for the individual to make the changes in their lives that are contributing to their illness.  I believe that it is the ‘small changes’ that we make every hour of the day that determines the quality of our day/life.

My dream is to inspire and empower You to create the LIFE You want NOW
It is absolutely mandatory that we learn how to be
the magnificent person that we are created to be.

                                                                           Over the years Kerri has

come to believe  that it is

                                                                         the ‘small changes’  we make

in our day that empowers us

                                                                      to remember

                                                                        that life is ...

                                                                   meant to be an adventure

                                                                       and not a life sentence!

Kerri  Wheatley’s journey began 30 years ago when she had her first bout of depression and which has continued off and on.  Kerri has become an authority on how to help herself and others going through Life with Depression and how not to let it control that life.  She has helped thousands through her workshops, groups and 1-1 coaching sessions since 1996. She taught “How to Learn to Manage your Life with  Depression” for groups of individuals going through life stresses and other mental health challenges.

Kerri then became Community Mental Health Worker and a Certified Professional Life Coach in her quest to be of service to the world and find more stability, joy and strength... Kerri is available for speaking engagement, one-on-one coaching and groups.
